What's casein phosphopeptides?

casein phosphopeptides (CPP) are peptides containing phosphoseryl obtained by protease hydrolysis of bovine milk casein as raw materials. They can be used as carriers of inorganic ions to promote the absorption and utilization of calcium, iron, selenium, especially calcium in intestinal membrane.
